Shankar Iyer is the CEO of Omnissa, where he leads the company in delivering on its mission to make digital work better for everyone, from anywhere.
Shankar has a track record of leading high-growth businesses across software and SaaS organizations in multiple segments. He has led business transformation from startups to billion-dollar companies, redefined product strategies, and executed operational and go-to-market initiatives.
Shankar previously held leadership roles at VMware, including senior vice president and general manager of the End-user Computing business that became Omnissa. Under his leadership, the company earned numerous industry accolades including consistent recognition in Gartner Magic Quadrant and IDC MarketScape reports.
He has held product and engineering roles at Citrix, Webex, and Gemstone, where his expertise spanned cloud applications, collaboration software and data management technologies.

Andrea has over 20 years of experience working in technology and technical communications, including ten years working in the areas of cloud security, privacy, and compliance. In her current role, she collaborates with Omnissa cloud operations, engineering, cloud compliance, and the Omnissa legal team, to build programs that align cloud security processes with compliance, audit, and privacy requirements. Andrea has completed hundreds of customer risk assessments, and she routinely contributes to cloud security whitepapers for Omnissa. She has also participated as a subject matter expert for the ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) standard setting workshop and has written assessment items for the CCSP exam.
Shannon Kalvar
Shannon Kalvar is Research Director for Enterprise Systems Management, Enterprise Client Platforms, Observability, and AIOps at IDC. His current research addresses the evolution of digital work, AI in both an end-user and IT operational contexts, and the transformation of IT management in a rapidly changing world where humans must master the exponential increase in data and complexity while navigating tumultuous economic and geopolitical times. Shannon is a member of the Future of Work and AI councils, as well as a contributor to IDCs quantum computing research. He is based in Indianapolis, IN.

Renu Upadhyay is senior vice president and chief marketing officer of Partner and Marketing at Omnissa, leading global marketing strategy, demand generation, product and solution marketing and brand to establish Omnissa as the leading digital work platform company.
